Description

La Salsiccia al Tartufo made with pork combined with bianchetto or marzuolo truffle, it is vacuum-packed to keep its flavor and freshness unaltered.

In cucina: truffle specialties to serve as an appetizer: thinly slice or cut into cubes and accompany with mature or soft cheeses, with melon (See recipe: Sausage Skewers with Truffle and Melon), with vegetables or simply enjoyed on hot bread croutons. Also excellent for filling focaccia, white pizza and sandwiches for a tasty snack. Product subject to natural weight loss and to be consumed after removing the casing.

Storage: to be kept in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: Carne di suino prov. Italia, preparato base di tartufo (Tuber Aestivum), sale, pepe, aroma, destrosio, saccarosio, antiossidante, ascorbato di sodio E301, acido ascrobico, conservanti, nitrato di potassio.
