Description
The Truffle Risotto (300 gr) contains in the package all the ingredients necessary for the preparation of an excellent Risotto Tartufato. Quick and easy to cook, it is the ideal product to prepare a simple and tasty meal suitable for any occasion; we recommend that you always keep a package in the pantry.
In cucina: in un tegame, scaldare per qualche minuto un filo di olio di oliva o del burro e una fetta di speck (a seconda dei gusti); si può anche versare un bicchiere di vino bianco e farlo evaporare completamente. Versare il Risotto pronto al Tartufo and brown it for about 2 minutes; gradually add boiling water with a ladle, stir constantly and cook the risotto over low heat for 18/20 min; season with salt. After cooking, stir in a drizzle of olive oil or butter and finally add a light sprinkling of pecorino al tartufo. The boiling water can be replaced with vegetable broth or meat broth, possibly already salted. The recommended dose is about 80 g per person, our 300 g pack is enough for 3/4 people.
Storage: keep in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources and direct light sources; avoid humid places.
Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 98% (Italy), porcini mushrooms (Boletus Edulis), truffle 1% (tuber aestivum vitt.), Aroma, chives, parsley, garlic.
