• 150 gr of adult bovine
• 350 gr mushrooms
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• Sage
• Extra virgin olive oil
•Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Truffled butter
Salt and pepper the adult beef fillet on both sides. Tighten the fillet with kitchen twine.
Slice the mushrooms, brown them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil. After a few minutes, add salt, pepper, sage, rosemary, and garlic. Then continue cooking by adding the SULPIZIO truffle butter.
Grill the beef fillet on the hot plate and cook for 4 minutes on each side. Turn the fillet and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Once cooked, let the fillet rest for a few minutes.
