The pulp (gleba) first assumes a whitish color to subsequently become yellow-ocher at times with reddish spots and is crossed by numerous thin, whitish and very branched veins. The different color depends on the symbiont plant. The flavor is always very delicate.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">How to cook Fresh White Truffle: clean it with a brush or a soft-bristled toothbrush under running water; it is advisable to leave it immersed in cold water for about ten minutes to soften the earth to be brushed. To be sliced \u200b\u200bwith truffle slicer on first courses, main courses or side dishes, and combined with extra virgin olive oil or butter. The Fresh White Truffle can be used to make many recipes (risotto alla parmigiana, tagliatelle with melted butter or on the classic fried egg). Da affettare con affettatartufi su primi piatti, secondi piatti o contorni, ed abbinarlo con olio extra vergine di oliva o con del burro. Il Tartufo Bianco Pregiato Fresco pu\u00f2 essere usato per realizzare moltissime ricette (risotto alla parmigiana, tagliatelle al burro fuso o sul classico uovo all\u2019occhio di bue).
