Salmon in bloom

Salmon in Bloom is a very special recipe that combines completely different flavors in an incredible way

Ingrediants

 
  • 3 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of honey and truffle specialties
  • 1 papaya
  • Courgette flowers 
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to taste

Start by cleaning the salmon fillets and arrange them on a plate.

In a bowl, mix two tablespoons of truffle honey with a tablespoon of white vinegar, a tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of salt.

Using a kitchen brush, spread the mixture on the salmon steaks, taking care to cover all sides. Pour the remaining sauce over the fish and place in the fridge to marinate for at least a couple of hours.

In the meantime, clean the courgette flowers, taking care to remove the internal pistil and set aside.

Once the fish has been marinated, heat a little oil in a pan and place the fillets on it. Cook for about a minute over high heat, turn and repeat on the other side.

Serve the fillets combined with the papaya wedges and the courgette flowers that you can decide whether to serve raw with a little salt and pepper or stir-fried for a few minutes.
