Description

Crema Noci e Tartufo (90 gr) with Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) excellent for giving a touch of originality to all your recipes.

In cucina: to be served concentrated or with the addition of other ingredients; heat slightly and serve as a condiment on tagliatelle, risotto and dry pasta in general; also excellent for making fillings for fresh pasta. To be spread lightly heated on croutons, croutons, bruschetta and other snacks to be served as appetizers. Also excellent for flavoring meat main courses. The recommended dose is 20 grams per person.

Storage: prima dell’apertura, è possibile conservare la confezione in dispensa. Una volta aperto, ricoprire con olio di oliva, chiudere il vasetto e conservare in frigo per qualche giorno.

Ingredients: noci, formaggio grana, tartufo nero 5% (Tuber Melanosporum, Tuber Moscatum) , olio di oliva, sale, fibre, aroma.
