La Crema di Olive Nere selezionate di ottima qualità è caratterizzata da un gusto intenso ed avvolgente, che ben si presta per cucinare ricette semplici e veloci, ma molto gustose.

In the kitchen: it can be used directly at room temperature or by heating it slightly, as a base for tasty appetizers such as: bruschetta, croutons, croutons, filled with sandwiches; to avoid cooking. If used as a condiment for first courses, fish or meat main courses (Chicken Breast with Black Olive Cream), always add at the end of cooking, to avoid excessive heating of the cream. Combined with other ingredients such as truffle sauce, the olive cream is also excellent as a filling for fresh pasta or as a topping for pizza. The recommended dose is 15/20 gr per person.

Storage: prima dell’apertura, è possibile conservare la confezione in dispensa. Una volta aperto, ricoprire con olio di oliva, chiudere il vasetto e conservare in frigo per qualche giorno.
