White Truffle Butter long-life is available in glass jars of 80 gr and 430g and is a delicate and versatile condiment, to be used in place of normal cooking butter for the preparation of delicious truffle recipes. Suitable for the preparation of any dish, from the simplest to the most elaborate.
In the kitchen: heat for a few minutes in a pan and use it as a condiment for first courses of dry or fresh pasta (See Recipe: Tagliolini with beef fillet and White Truffle Butter) or to whip simple risotto, with porcini mushrooms, asparagus or truffles, in replacement of the classic cooking butter. To be cooked absolute or in sauce even on meat and fish main courses; to be melted also on vegetables and pizzas. Excellent to spread on hot bread croutons and sandwiches, canapés or to enrich meat and fish main courses. It can be used alone or with mascarpone. De used at room temperature on croutons, canapes or bruschetta, we recommend removing it from the fridge a few minutes beforehand to make it soften. Recommended dose 15/20 gr per person.
Storage: after opening the jar, store in the fridge.
