Truffle Ketchup

Description

Il Ketchup al Tartufo Estivo combines the typical sweet and sour taste of ketchup with the unique and inimitable taste of truffles. It is an elegant condiment in which the tomato does not clearly prevail, but it has been excellently calibrated by marrying in a truly original way the Black Summer Truffle. We recommend that you always keep a jar of Truffle Ketchup in the pantry.

In cucina: the particularity of this condiment allows it to be used in the kitchen to accompany many courses. It can be used in the classic dishes of the fast e street food such as: french fries, hot dogs and hamburgers; it is also ideal as a condiment for steaks, boiled meat, chicken, baked potatoes, cut meats and especially for grilled meat and fish.

Storage: store at room temperature, in a cool and dry place; after opening the package, place in the refrigerator.

Ingredients: acqua, doppio concentrato di pomodoro 30%, zucchero, regolatore di acidità, aceto di mele, sale, addensante, amido modificato, tartufo nero (Tuber aestivum) 1%, aromi.
