Risotto with Asparagus

Versare il Ready risotto with Asparagus and brown it for about 2 minutes; gradually add boiling water with a ladle, stir constantly and cook the risotto over low heat for 18/20 min; season with salt. Once cooked, stir in a drizzle of olive oil or butter and finally add a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese. The boiling water can be replaced with vegetable broth or meat broth, possibly already salted. The recommended dose is about 80 g per person, our 300 g pack is enough for 3/4 people.
